About Us
For over fourty years I have performed and recorded all types of music--blues, rock, jazz and country. Its in my blood--third generation, in fact. As a kid my dream was to have my own recording studio with quality gear. Back then, I actually built my own recorder out of several tape decks. Talk about noisy! Well, now I have my dream and want to share it with other local musicians who want a great recording experience at an affordable price.
This is my first guitar lesson with my dad.
I am music director and lead player for Debra Kay and the BlueBloods, a popular West Michigan R & B act. We play local clubs, blues festivals and local events. We were the first live act to perform at the Van Andel arena, which was a true honor.
I get real enjoyment out of getting great performances and sounds out of talented local musicians and work with many young, developing artists, songwriters and musicians.

Pricing
At Demo-King you are charged by the song, not by the hour. This keeps the cost down. Fees start at $50 per song, which includes set-up, tracking, overdubs, mixing and mastering. We have CD art and duplication services available as well. For vocal-only recordings, we charge less, so please inquire about special quotes. Also, special projects can be done for you, so please inquire about your needs.
